What personal data this site handles, why, and the rights you hold over it under the GDPR.
Controller

Contact form and evaluation requests
- Data
- For the contact form: your name, email address, topic and message. For a free public evaluation request: your email address, the repository, your attestation that you own its code or are authorized by its owner, the submission time and your IP address.
- Purpose
- Answering your request and, for an evaluation request, keeping a record of your attestation.
- Legal basis
- Steps taken at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you: GDPR article 6(1)(b) and (f).
- Storage
- Each form sends your request by email to DOOLTA; for an evaluation request, that email is the record of your attestation. It is not stored in the KwalitAI database.
- Retention
- The email is kept as long as needed to handle your request, and at most 3 years after your last contact.
- Recipients
- DOOLTA only. The mail relay and the host, Contabo GmbH in Germany, process it on DOOLTA's behalf, within the European Union.
Repository pages
Repository pages show aggregated quality metrics about public code repositories. They hold no personal data about visitors.
Cookies, audience measurement and logs
This site sets no cookies. It measures its audience with Matomo, run by DOOLTA on its own server within the European Union, in a cookieless mode exempt from consent under the CNIL guidelines. The server logs of the reverse proxy in front of the site may record IP addresses, for security purposes.
- Measured
- The pages you view and their order, the entry page, the time spent on each page, the links and buttons you click by their visible label, the forms you submit by their address (never what you type in them) and the directory search terms.
- IP address
- Anonymized to its first two bytes before it is stored. No user id is set and no visit is linked to another site.
- Retention
- 13 months, then deleted.
- Opt-out
- Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control settings of your browser are honored: nothing is measured. You may also opt out on this site; the choice is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie.
Your rights
You may ask for access to, rectification, erasure or portability of your data, restrict its processing or object to it. Write to contact@doolta.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority: www.cnil.fr.
